Had a great chat with Business of Fashion Businessoffashion.com recently, where we went deep into why surrealist marketing is popping up everywhere. Remember how hooked we were on Pokemon Go? Well, that AR magic mixed our reality with the digital, and now, it's a playground for fashion.
Web 3.0 is on everyone's lips, and it's clear this trend is partly about grabbing Gen Z's attention. The oversized, virtual aesthetic has a gaming vibe, doesn't it? Like bagging a rare loot!
Here's a snippet from the article: "The rise of AI has birthed a new visual language, where anyone can throw together disparate objects into one wacky image... The new consumer can already see through glossy images... they're very adept at understanding this visual language," says yours truly.
